Odeko Acquires Montreal-Based Food and Beverage Distributor Nantel McDiarmid

On 27 October 2026, US-based Odeko announced its acquisition of Montreal-based Nantel McDiarmid, a distributor serving cafés, restaurants, retailers and food-service businesses across Canada. The acquisition expands Odeko's Canadian distribution operations, although the purchase price was not disclosed. The deal creates opportunities for food distributors, warehouse operators and logistics providers.
