Paseo Rosario Development in Luque Advances with US$104 Million Investment Plan

On 2 November 2026, Grupo OGA presented the next stage of Paseo Rosario, a mixed-use development in Luque with planned investment exceeding US$104 million. The project covers a 29,000 m² site and envisages more than 130,000 m² of construction, including residential towers and approximately 11,000 m² of commercial space. The development creates opportunities for construction contractors, architects, property consultants and building-material suppliers.
